Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                  
House rescind previous action in passing the following on                                           
reconsideration (page 1865):

    am H(efd add H)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee;                                 
    and providing for an effective date."

HCS CSSB 45(FIN) am H(efd add H) be returned to second reading                                      
for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in adopting                                  
Amendment No. 1 as amended.  There being no objection, it was so                                    
ordered.

House rescind previous action in adopting Amendment No. 1 as                                        
amended.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Gruenberg objected and withdrew the objection.
